Processing

Every set is checked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of your order. You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat rate, and it is free above a set order amount. Both depend on your country, and your cart shows them before you pay.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 8 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on your country. The product page shows the estimate for your country.

Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to show the first scan after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks and holidays can add a few days.

Address

Please check your address before you place the order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we reship it once at no cost. If you need to correct an address, write to us within 12 hours of ordering.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking stops moving for more than 10 business days, or the set arrives damaged, write to us with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the box and the nails. We send a replacement at no cost.
