Processing

Every set is checked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of your order. You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 (or the equivalent in your currency). Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

• United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 8 to 15 business days after dispatch.
• Europe and the rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.

Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to show the first scan after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks and holidays can add a few days.

Address

Please check your address before you place the order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we reship it once at no cost. If you need to correct an address, write to us within 12 hours of ordering.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking stops moving for more than 10 business days, or the set arrives damaged, write to us with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the box and the nails. We send a replacement at no cost.
