The nails

Are these really handmade?

Yes. Every set is hand-painted and hand-finished with gel on a soft gel tip, then cured layer by layer. The 3D flowers, bows and gems are sculpted and placed by hand. Because of that, two sets of the same design are never identical, and a charm can sit a millimetre to the left or right of the photo.

What is in the box?

The full set of press-on nails, a nail file, a wooden cuticle stick, an alcohol pad, adhesive tabs and a small glue. Everything you need for the first application is in the case.

Can I reuse them?

Yes. Apply with tabs and they come off clean. Apply with glue, soak them off gently and buff the back, and they are ready for another wear. With care a set gives you several rounds.

How long do they stay on?

With adhesive tabs, one to three days. With glue and good prep, most people get one to two weeks. Water, oils and how you use your hands make the difference. Our how to apply page covers the details.

Sizing

Which size should I order?

Every set comes in XS, S, M and L. Measure the widest part of each natural nail in millimetres and compare with the size guide. If you are between sizes, go smaller. A press-on that is a little narrow can be filed to sit flush, one that is too wide will lift at the edges.

Can I file or shorten them?

Yes. File the sides to fit and shorten the free edge from the tip. Go slowly with a fine file and finish with the buffer.

Orders

When will my order arrive?

We prepare each order within one to three business days. Delivery then takes 8 to 15 business days to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and 10 to 20 business days elsewhere. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to us within 12 hours of placing the order and we will change the size or cancel it. After that the set is already being prepared and the 30-day return policy applies.
