30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your set, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons the nails must be unworn, unused and in their original case. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the set is defective or we sent the wrong item.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and we reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace the set at no cost, no return needed.

Sizing

Each set comes in XS, S, M and L and every product page links to the size guide. An unworn set in the wrong size can be returned under the 30-day policy, but we cannot cover the return shipping in that case.

Handmade variations

Every set is painted and sculpted by hand. Small differences in the placement of charms, glitter and stones between the photo and your set are part of the craft and are not a defect. Colours can also look slightly different from one screen to another.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After that the set is already being prepared and the return policy above applies.
